We continue to maintain legacy dashboards for reproducibility. Access depends on plan (see details below).

Researcher & client-team access

Independent researchers and Ethereum client development teams can request free Pro-tier access for the duration of an active research or development engagement. Contact contact@stereumlabs.com with your affiliation and intended use.

What each tier actually unlocks

Free

  • Read-only access to a small set of pre-aggregated recording rules (delayed by 7 days).
  • A single overview dashboard suitable for browsing, not for operational monitoring.
  • Useful for getting a feel for the platform or citing aggregate numbers in posts and papers without subscribing.

Pro

  • Real-time access to all scraped metrics. Every series we collect, with no delay.
  • Unlimited retention. Multi-year comparisons.
  • Elasticsearch log access. Query container logs across the fleet (the same source we use for block-import timing analysis).
  • DEBUG-level client logs with shorter retention.
  • The full set of 24 standard dashboards in your private Grafana org. You can edit, clone, or extend them as you like.
  • Custom dashboard requests on a fair-use basis: tell us what you want, we build it.
  • 5 Grafana users for a small ops or research team.
  • 1-business-day support response.

Enterprise

  • Everything in Pro, plus:
    • Custom runs: request specific VM specs, client versions, and flags. We deploy them and you get the data.
    • Exports: raw CSV or Prometheus snapshots, CSV from Elasticsearch, scheduled or ad-hoc.
    • VM & scenario specs: full per-run metadata access for citation-grade reproducibility.
    • Priority dashboard requests: your requests jump the queue.
    • Direct API access to the underlying datasources, tailored to your integration.
    • Custom Grafana org and user setup: co-tenant or single-tenant configurations.
    • Per-contract SLA, including on-call windows if negotiated.

See Support & SLA for response-time details.

How to upgrade

  1. Sign up for the Free tier (see Get Started) if you don't have an account yet.
  2. From your StereumLabs dashboard, navigate to Billing → Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select Pro and submit. We'll email you a payment link.
  4. For Enterprise, email contact@stereumlabs.com with your requirements.

Change control for this page: material edits will be logged in the global Changelog with a short rationale and effective date.

Footnotes

  1. DEBUG-level logs are available for every supported client with a shorter retention window than INFO logs (typically a few days versus the standard 30+ days). Useful for in-flight investigations, not for long-term trend analysis.

  2. The 24 dashboards listed in the Dashboards Catalog: per-client EC and CC dashboards, node/supernode comparators, system resource utilization, and the fleet overview. Authored by MigaLabs.

  3. Experimental dashboards include libp2p / GossipSub deep-dives, PeerDAS comparators, and other in-development panels not yet promoted to the main catalog.

  4. Pro customers can request custom dashboards from us on a fair-use basis. We assess each request on scope and effort and aim to deliver as part of the regular release cadence. Enterprise customers get priority queueing and larger scope.

  5. Several VMs designed by user specifying parameters such as VM specs, clients, versions, parameters.

  6. Pro and Free use Grafana for queries. Enterprise customers can negotiate direct, programmatic access to the underlying datasources, tailored to their integration needs.

  7. Raw CSV or Prometheus snapshots from anywhere, scheduled or ad-hoc.
